What do a Court Interpreter and Real Estate Broker have in common? The people they serve rely on their ability to provide clear and concise communication. My experience as a Spanish Court Interpreter here in Denver has given me the appreciation for accurate communication. (As well as seeing the consequences for faulty exchanges of poorly selected words). Now as a practicing Real Estate Broker, my passion for communication sets the stage to insure my clients will clearly understand every step of the way through their Real Estate transaction, creating a uniquely empowering experience for all my clients.
Originally from Washington DC, my exposure to Real Estate began with the purchases and sales of personal properties in the DC area. Since then, I've had a driven interest for the Real Estate market, local trends, values and impacts. Now after living in Denver for almost a decade, I feel confident in my knowledge of the local markets and trends, providing my clients with essential information and taking time to educate them with up to date and current market information. Whether it's your first home or you're selling a home filled with memories, upgrading for a growing family or investing in the future; you will have peace of mind knowing you are well informed throughout the entire process. Buying and selling with me is a world class customer service experience and you'll feel confident I'm negotiating your transaction on your behalf.
When I'm not practicing Real Estate, I can be seen playing Afro-Cuban percussion for local Salsa bands or volunteering with a local non-profit, COSA. My two young adult children, Felix a Sergeant in the Marine Corps and Nisa a college student at CU Boulder, regularly enjoy family time together in California and here in Colorado.
